NOTE: Applicants will receive notification of their selection by March 21st. Selected vendors are to pay their booth fee no later than April 18th. A link will be provided to accepted applicants to pay their booth fee. If the payment has not been made by the deadline, your space may be forfeited to an applicant on the waiting list. There are no exceptions to this policy. Vendor Fees are non-refundable. Vendors who cannot make their scheduled market will not be given refunds. Vendor Fees: $150 for a 10'x10' space. Application fee is separate than booth fee. Application fees are nonrefundable. Accepted applicants will be asked to pay the booth fee of $150 in addition to the application fee.

Fifth Market Policies

2. Sales Disclosure: Each vendor will be required to disclose their sales to the market coordinator at the end of the market. A summary of vendor performance (including average booth sales and overall market revenue) will be shared with all participants no later than 5 working days after the market. This is in an effort to bring transparency to makers and business owners to empower them to measure their overall performance. No vendor specific information (including sales information or revenue) will be disclosed.
3. Vendors are expected to set up between the hours of 7a-8:30am and agree to stay for the entire duration of the market.
4. If you are running late on the day of the market, please contact us no later than 8:00am or your space will be forfeited and you will not be given a refund.
5. Vendors concede to set up in the 10ft space assigned to them and are responsible for setting up their own booth.
6. Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their assigned space at the end of the market.
7. Vendors are responsible for the equipment needed for their own booth [i.e. table, lighting, etc.]. Unless explicitly communicated by market coordinators, a power source will not be provided.
8. Parking - to ensure that shoppers are given easy access to the market, you must park at the back of the Airship building after setup.
9. Vendors are required to comply with local, state, and federal laws while participating in the 5th Market. This includes remitting sales tax for any sales that are made. Fifth Street Studio and Airship Coffee will not be reporting sales tax on a vendor's behalf.
10. Fifth Market reserves the right to discontinue market participation for any vendor for any reason [including an inability to comply with policies or pay vendor fees]
11. Fifth Studio, Airship Coffee, and adjacent businesses are not - under any circumstance - held liable for any occurrences that may take place as a result of vending or attending the Fifth Market.
